In this paper three titania aerogel samples with different hydrolysis levels were synthesized by sol- gel method and subsequent drying by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction at 75 ºC and 220 atm. Structural and morphological characteristics of the samples were investigated by observing FESEM images and evaluating BET data, and their crystalline phase before and after heat treatment by Raman spectroscopy.
