There are many optical and electrical models for investigation occured optical processes in photovoltaic cells. In this research, using an optical matrix model, optical absorbtion in photovoltaic cells are investigated and this model for polymeric photovoltaic cells on the base of graphene have been utilized. The optical properties of the proposed structure have been investigated and finally the external quantum efficiency and current density have been obtained. The results show that, the thickness is an effective parameter in quantum efficiency, which in this research optimum quantum efficiency have been determind.
