Eu3+ doped fluorophosphates glass and nano glass-ceramic have been studied by x-Ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy- Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) after electron beam irradiation with high energy 10MeV.A creation color centers in glass and glass-ceramic matrix were observed that were stable. Electron beam irradiation in glass lead to convert to two phase materials and in nano glass-ceramics lead to grow nano crystals and distribute homogeneous in glass matrix.
