Abstract- In this research the photovoltaic properties of perovskite solar cells have been studied. The perovskite layers were deposited by two-step sequential vapor and two-step sequential solution to fabricate the cells. Then, initial performance of samples was compared. The cell photovoltaic parameters such as I-V, efficiency (Eff), fill factor (FF), short circuit current (ISC) and open circuit voltage (VOC) have been measured for one week periods. Samples were fabricated by vapor deposition method was found to be more stable.
