Design and fabrication of all-dielectric narrow band-pass interference filter with wide absorption region at 905 nm wavelength using optical thickness monitoring method

In this research Design and fabrication of narrow band pass Fabry-Perot filter in 905 nm wavelength has been reported. Deposition was performed in vacuum chamber using electron gun deposition method. Optical monitoring system was used to monitor the thickness of thin films. Transmission spectra of coated samples were measured using a dual-beam spectrophotometer. Finally band pass filter with maximum transmission 97 percent and 27 nm in FWHM, was fabricated.
