Reconstruction of the phase distribution of the two interfering waves using the transport of intensity equation and phase-step method

In this paper the extension of the transport of intensity and phase equation to the intensity of the interference of two wave and phase step method are used for reconstructing of two wavefronts. The simulation and experimental results are presented.
