Numerical investigation of the effect of aspect ratio in plasmonic waveguide with rectangular cross-section on volume and degree of enhancement to Attesecond pulse generation

Effect of the aspect ratio of rectangle sides in a pyramidal plasmonic nano-waveguide with rectangular cross-section, on electric field enhancement and volume of enhancement has been investigated. This study has also been repeated for different types of incident polarizations and effect of polarization on optimum size of the waveguide and on factor of enhancement has been examined.
