Nonlinear Refractive Index Measurement of DR1 Organic Dye inside Polymeric Nanocapsules Using Dual-arm Z-scan Technique

Studying nonlinear optical response of each part of a compound, not only leads to investigation of a specific material in various conditions, but also could be a way to find the best mixture and optimum concentration of additives for optical response enhancement. In this work, using dual-arm Z-scan technique, the nonlinear refractive index of Disperse- Red-1 organic dye molecules inside of polymeric nanocapsules was measured and compared with total condition.
