-In this paper, applied numerical solution methode of coupled rate equation laser for to reach Q-switched pulse specification as output energy , pulse width and peak power pulsed has been presented. At this way has been used some of important parameters from setup Nd:YAG such as population inversion of electron in the active medium, length and loss of resonator and other parameters for calculation of laser pulse width . By this model ,laser pulse with 45 mJ energy, 6.7ns pulse width and 6.7 MW peak power at 1064 nm wavelength by utilizing a 2250 W pumped peak power was simulated that is in good agreement with experimental result .
