Measuring qubit entanglement using Concurrence and Negativity in Jaynes-Cummings model

In this paper we investigate entanglement dynamics of two isolated atoms, each in its own Jaynes-Cummings Cavity. We use the concurrence and the negativity for measuring entanglement.
