Abstract: (691 Views)
In this research, 3D and 2D/3D perovskite solar cells fabricated through using Phenyltrimethylammonium iodide. After that, our efforts focused on further improvement in the performance of 2D/3D perovskite solar cells through optimizing the annealing temperature. The photovoltaic characterization of solar cell such as the power conversion efficiency (PCE), Fill Factor (FF), Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) and Short Circuit Current (Jsc) were analyzed to obtain the optimum annealing temperature in 150 ◦C. Then, according to the photoluminescence spectrum, it was observed that charge transfer in 2D/3D perovskite solar cells is better than 3D perovskite solar cells, which improves the performance of perovskite solar cells.
