Abstract: (1558 Views)
In this experiment samples of Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria in two species of methicillin resistant and sensitive were cultured in standard method then they were fixed on glass lamellae without staining process. Optical absorbance of bacteria in linear regime with wavelength 532nm was measured using continuous-wave laser. Meanwhile non-linear behaviors of bacteria with laser intensity 106
