ِِDesign And Fabrication of Super Hydrophilic Nanostructure Anti-Reflection Coating at 1064 nm and Evaluation of Its Optical and structural Properties

Abstract- It is showed that a thin layer of SiO2 on the last TiO2 layer, improves the hydrophilic properties of thin film. In this research, a four layer nanostructured thin films were deposited on BK-7 substrates using an electron beam physical vapor deposition technique so that it have the minimum reflection in 1064 nm. The structural, optical and hydrophilic properties of the thin film were investigated by, FE-SEM, XPS, UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer and water contact angle meter (WCAM). In this research we showed that super-hydrophilic properties of thin film improved by using 4 layer coating.
