In this article, we have developed synthesis of a new composite by zincoxide nanoparticles and polyaniline as a p-n junction to be used in photonic device. Both structures are synthesized based on a carbon cloth through electrochemical methods. Morphological analysis were performed by SEM imaging and proportion of materials were analyzed and measured by EDX-MAP and XRD.Finally, it was shown that this new pn junction may have potential application in photoelectronic devices as photodetector.
