Laser Induced Fluoresence spectral shift of Diamond nanoparticles dispersed in Rhodamine 6G

In this paper we study the effect of Diamond nanoparticles on fluorescence pick wavelength by using Laser Induced Fluorescence technic.Second harmonic of ND:YAG laser with wavelength of 532nm is used for excitation.Our results indicate that the addition of Diamond nanoparticles to Rhodamine 6G in Ethanol solution causes shift of fluorescence pick wavelength of Rhodamine 6G to higher wavelengths and this becomes more sever with increasing the concentration of Diamond nanoparticles.In addition Diamond nanoparticles effectively scatter laser light and cause a significant drop of fluorescence pick intensity.
