In this paper stimulated raman scattering of right circular polarization electromagnetic waves in ultra- cold magnetized spin quantum plasmas has been studied. Instability growth rate was calculated analytically and for non-magnetized quantum plasmas, magnetized quantum plasmas and magnetized spin quantum plasmas in both backward and forward numerically were compared. The results showed that for forward and backward cases instability occurs in the magnetized spin plasma , and has a growth rate higher than the magnetized quantum plasma and non-magnetized quantum plasma. Also the instability growth rate in magnetized quantum plasma was higher than the non-magnetized quantum plasma.
