In this paper, the responses of phase shift index algorithms have been studied under the influence of three types of error sources. For this purpose, the interference was simulated under different conditions on MATLAB software. Environmental Vibration errors, intensity fluctuations and inaccuracies of phase shift steps with different values were applied to the simulated interference intensity. Then the phase distribution is obtained using four least-squares, Hariharan, N-buckets and averaging algorithms and compared with the assumed distribution. Obtained results is studied in terms of speed, precision and accuracy of algorithms.  Based on the results, the least-square and averaging have the best accuracy and precision.
