fa اثر بس ذره ای روی طول عمر ترازهای لیزری در لیزرهای آبشار کوانتومی تراهرتزی تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research یکی از مهمترین پارامترهای هر لیزر، طول عمر ترازهای لیزری آن است. برای بدست آوردن طول عمر ترازهای لیزر آبشار کوانتومی، نیاز به محاسبه ی مهمترین عوامل پراکندگی در این گونه لیزرها است. در این مقاله با محاسبه ی فرایندهای پراکندگی مختلف و بدست آوردن طول عمر ترازهای لیزری، نقش اثرات بس ذره ای روی طول عمرها بررسی گردیده است. نتایج بدست آمده از این مقاله، حاکی از اهمیت در نظرگرفتن اثرات بس ذره ای در محاسبات، برای بدست آوردن مقدار دقیق تر طول عمر ترازهای لیزر آبشار کوانتومی است. One of the most important parameters of any laser, is the lifetime of the laser levels. To obtain the lifetime of laser levels in terahertz quantum cascade lasers, we need to calculate different scattering mechanisms. In this paper, with calculating the different scattering mechanisms and obtaining the lifetime of laser levels, the many-body effects on the lifetimes are considered.
