Abstract

In this research work, the preparation of SnO2, TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles has been stabilized on Cayonite has been applied to the soil as a catalyst and surface adsorbent to remove redmine pigment from wastewater. For this purpose, the mentioned nanoparticles are combined with clay by synthesis method. The properties of the catalysts were evaluated by XRD, SEM, STA, and FTIR techniques. In this experiment, we were able to increase the color degradation efficiency by changing the PH of the solution from 5 to 2 and exposing the color solution.

Abstract

In recent years, perovskite nanomaterials as solar cells and light emitting diodes have received much attention and research. Research has shown that several factors play a role in regulating the band gap energy and the optical properties of perovskites. Thickness and heat treatment are factors that can have a significant impact on optical properties in the manufacturing process. In this study, perovskite films of methyl ammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3) was prepared by two-stage rotation method and the thickness of perovskite films and heat treatment temperature were investigated as the reported variable. The results of photoluminescence and XRD were compared and the optimal sample in terms of thickness and annealing temperature of the sample with a thickness of 370 nm and annealing temperature of 100 ° C was introduced.

Abstract

Nowadays, perovskite nanomaterials have received a lot of attention due to their good optoelectronic properties. One of the factors affecting the formation of the perovskite layer is the morphology of the perovskite surface. The annealing temperature can affect the surface morphology. In this study, in order to find the optimal annealing temperature for lead-iodide methyl ammonium MAPbI3 three annealing temperatures of 80, 100 and 150 ° C, scanning electron microscope image and their photoluminescence spectrum were investigated. In the end, as a result of the best annealing temperature in this experiment, a temperature of 100 ° C was obtained, which was confirmed by high photoluminescence intensity with a more uniform surface than other cases.

Abstract

Nowadays perovskite nano materials due to unique optical properties attract sighnificant interest. Amongst the factors affecting the performance of perovskite films is the morphology of perovskite layers. One of the factores influencing the morphology of perovskite layers is thickness. In this paper, the effect of velocity change in the second stage of two-stage coating on the thickness and surface morphology of perovskite film was investigated. The result is that the perovskite created by the first velocity of 1000 rpm/s and second velocity of 5000 rpm/s in compared to other cases, has a crystal structure with minimum effect and a high intensity of photoluminescence spectrum.
