In the present study, excitation and propagation of rogue waves along a plasma-vacuum interface has been investigated. The coupling between high frequency surface plasmons and low frequency ion oscilations leads to the formation of such surface waves. the propagation properties of surface rogue waves considering effect of relativistic degenerate pressure has been numerically investigated.
