In this paper design and fabrication of a 10ps passively mode-locked TEM00 Nd:YVO4 based on a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror(SESAM) is reported. When the incident diode pump power was 3.5 W, 500mW average output power at 82 MHz repetition rate is achieved. This design produces stable continuous mode-locked pulses at 1064. In addition, presented experiment is set-up with some data which are obtaind by LASCAD simulation.
