In this study the combination of coupled micro-ring resonators named as CROW is investigated as Raman amplifier. Utilizing the ring resonators in the integrated optical circuits are the appropriate candidates for signal amplification. Because the self-feedback of light inside the rings leads to field enhancement and appearing the nonlinear effects like Raman effect and the desired signal can be amplified by accompanying the appropriate pump. In this paper increasing the bandwidth of amplification by Raman effect is desired. The effect of number of rings and coupling coefficients between them on increasing the amplified bandwidth are explored. The governing equations of fields are written by Matrix method. The frequency spectrum of output channel is studied by Mathematica software to investigate the signal amplification.
