The logic gates have been simulated by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The principle structure for designing of mentioned logic gate is based on a single Y-shaped junctions with different controllers for input and output ports. The proposed optical logic gates can be used as key components in optical signal processing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
