fa سوئیچ زنی تمام نوری سالیتون فضایی در مزدوج موازی گرافنی غیرخطی تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research در این مقاله با توجه به خواص گرافن و اثرات غیر خطی آن یک کوپلر گرافنی طراحی و سوئیچ‌زنی سالیتون فضایی را در آن بررسی کردیم. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که رفتار غیر خطی کوپلر گرافنی به نحوی است که می‌توان با کنترل توان ورودی، مؤلفه‌ی خروجی را کنترل کرد و به یک سوئیچ تمام نوری راهیاب دست یافت. با توجه به ابعاد کوچک گرافن، می‌توان انتظار داشت از این کوپلرها برای طراحی سوئیچ‌های فوق سریع و مدارهای منطقی تمام نوری استفاده کرد. In this paper we have designed a graphene coupler and studied the spatial soliton switching by considering the characterization of graphene and its nonlinear effects. The results show that the nonlinear behavior of the graphene coupler can be controlled by the input power component and reached to an all optical routher switch.
