fa کاربرد تداخل‌سنج فیزو با فریزهای جایگزیده در آزمون موضعی آینه اولیه تلسکوپ رصد خانه ملی ایران تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research تداخل‌سنج فیزو با فریزهای جایگزیده یک روش آزمون سطوح اپتیکی است. در این مقاله این تداخل‌سنج معرفی می‌شود و سپس چگونگی کاربرد آن در آزمون موضعی آینه اولیه تلسکوپ رصد خانه ملی ایران ارائه می‌شود. این روش در آزمون آینه اولیه تلسکوپ ملی ایران اجرا شده است و نتایج تایید کننده نتایج اندازه گیری شرکت سازنده است. علاوه بر آن جزتیاتی را نشان می‌دهد که در روش اندازه گیری شرکت سازنده قابل مشاهده نیست. نتایج اندازه گیری نشان می‌دهد که کیفیت آینه اولیه تلسکوپ ملی در شرایط قابل قبولی قرار دارد و در حد مشخصات مشخص شده در قرارداد است. The Fizeau interferometery with localized fringes is a method for testing optical surfaces. In this paper it is introduced and its application for local evaluation of the primary mirror of the Iranian National Observatory (INO) telescope is presented. The method has applied for testing the primary mirror of INO telescope and results are verifying the measurements of the manufacturer. Furthermore, it shows details that are not observable in the measurements of the manufacturer.
