fa بررسی ویژگی های اپتیکی ترکیب Zn1-xBexSe با استفاده از نظریه ی تابعی چگالی تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research در این مطالعه، با استفاده از روش امواج تخت بهساخته خطی با پتانسیل کامل در چارچوب نظریه تابعی چگالی ، خواص اپتیکی آلیاژ Zn1-xBexSe را در فاز بلند روی به ازای غلظت های مختلف بررسی کرده ایم. ویژگی های اپتیکی از جمله ثابت دی الکتریک، ضریب شکست، تابع اتلاف انرژی و... محاسبه و با حالت های خالص آنها مقایسه گردیده است. نتایج محاسبات نشان می دهد حالت های p اتم Se نقش حالت های اولیه و حالت های 4s اتم Zn و s وp اتم های Be و Se نقش حالت های نهایی را در گذارهای اپتیکی بازی می کنند - In this study, using the full-potential linearized plane wave within density functional theory, the optical properties of the alloy Zn1-xBexSe zinc blende phase for the different concentrations have been investigated. Optical properties such as dielectric constant, refractive index, and the energy loss function... Pure modes are calculated and compared.
