fa بررسی اثر فلورسانس در طیف‌های رامان برای انجام تحلیل کمی تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research در این مقاله اثر حضور و حذف فلورسانس با استفاده از روش فیلتر های تبدیل فوریه در تحلیل کمی نمونه بررسی شده است. با استفاده از طیف سنجی رامان، بر روی نمونه اسانس آویشن که از مهم ترین گیاهان دارویی محسوب می شود، تحلیل کمی و کیفی صورت گرفته است. تیمول در این نمونه تشخیص داده شد و عملکرد چیدمان رامان توسط نمودار کالیبراسیون در دو بخش سنجیده شد. بخش اول ، طیف ها حامل فلورسانس بوده و در بخش دوم، طیف ها فیلتر شده و فلورسانس از آن ها حذف شد. In this paper, the effect of presence and removal of fluorescence has been investigated by Fast Fourier Transform filters in quantitative analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed by Raman spectroscopy on Thymus Daenensis essential oil which is one of the most important medical plants in the world. Thymol was detected in those samples and Raman setup performance was measured by calibration curve in two parts.
