fa طیف‌سنجی رامان سرم خون به‌منظور امکان‌سنجی تشخیص سرطان معده تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-style: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">سرطان معده ازجمله سرطان‌هایی می‌باشد که به دلیل نبود روش غربال‌گری مناسب یکی از سرطان‌ها با نرخ مرگ‌ومیر بالا می‌باشد. بنابراین یک روش سریع و غیرتهاجمی برای غربال‌گری سرطان معده بسیار حیاتی است. طیف‌سنجی رامان به دلیل غیر تهاجمی بودن و نیاز به مقدار کم نمونه یک روش مناسب برای بررسی نمونه&shy;های زیستی می&shy;باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از طیف‌سنجی رامان تمایز بین نمونه سرم خون افراد مبتلا به سرطان معده با افراد سالم بررسی شده است. بدین منظور شش نمونه سرم از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده و نوزده نمونه از افراد سالم جمع‌آوری گردید. برای ایجاد تفکیک بین نمونه‌ها از تحلیل تشخیصی حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده‌شده است. نتایج اولیه نشان می‌دهد که 95% بیماران به‌درستی تشخیص داده شدند. این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که طیف‌سنجی رامان ظرفیت خوبی برای تفکیک بین افراد سالم و بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده را دارد. </span></span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"></span><br> &nbsp; Gastric cancer is a cancer with a high mortality rate, because there is no proper screening method for it. Therefore, a quick and non-invasive method for screening gastric cancer is very necessary. Raman spectroscopy is an appropriate method for examining biological samples, since it is non-invasive method and requires a small amount of sample. In this study, using Raman spectroscopy, a distinction was made between serum samples of people with gastric cancer and healthy subjects Therefore, six serum samples were collected from people with gastric cancer and nineteen healthy subjects. The partial least squares discriminant analysis has been used for the distinction between the samples. The initial results indicate that 95% of patients were correctly diagnosed.
