The films have been deposited onto glass substrates by chemical spray pyrolysis at different substrate temperatures in the range, 350 - 500 centigrade.X-ray diffraction studies have shown that the films were polycrystalline and showed the hexagonal wurtzite structural of ZnO with (002) crystal plane as the preferred orientation.The film exhibited a maximum optical transmittance of > 70% and grain size value have been calculated and the maximum value is related to 400 °C temperature.
