Herein, ZnO nanowires (NWs) grown onto the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheet by simple hydrothermal process. graphene oxide (GO) sheets reduced by Bombardment of hydrogen. It is found that the high-quality of ZnO NWs with the average diameter of 70 nm are well grown on the RGO surface, and the density of ZnO NWs are desirable.
