For this purpose, nanoparticles were synthesized by the sol-gel method at different temperatures and carbon nanotubes were dispersed in the nanoparticles by ultrasonication. In order to characterize the structure and wave absorption by the sample, different analysis such as back scattering Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Network Analyzer (NA) was used. Active modes in Raman spectra of the sample and in XRD analysis clearly revealed nickel ferrite structure. According to the spectrum analysis of NA, the effect of carbon nanotubes on the absorption properties of waves of the sample was determined. LA eng UL http://opsi.ir/article-1-538-en.html M3 ER -
