The prepared samples have been annealed in 375, 400, 425 and 450 0C temperatures. Conductivity and transparency of the samples have been studied and the best results are seen in annealing temperature of 400 0C by a sheet resistance of 13kΩ/☐and transmittance of 81% in the 400-800nm wave-length region.
