Among the existing methods, the Laser Induction Fluorescence method (LIF) was used due to the high speed of measurement and cost-effectiveness for measurement. Laser 412 nm was determined as the radiation source for LIF in the combination of toluene. Toluene fluorescence peak wavelength was determined at 508 nm. Due to the high intensity of peak of fluorescence in toluene, different concentrations of toluene in ethanol (wt.%) were prepared and measured by LIF arrangement. Using the data analysis method (regression), the calibration curve of the signal was obtained based on the concentration of toluene in ethanol. The linear working range of this calibration curve was determined to be between 20% to 95%. The determination coefficient (R2) and the standard deviation of the calibration curve obtained 0.995 and 118/3 respectively. %> http://opsi.ir/article-1-1554-en.pdf %P 21-24 %& 21 %! %9 Research %L A-10-1-1534 %+ Institute of Applied Sciences of Malek Ashtar, Optoelectronic Center, Isfahan, Shahin Shahr %G eng %@ 1126-3278 %[ 2018
