In this paper, by placing a short piece of the test fiber in a femtosecond fiber laser cavity with net anomalus dispersion and measuring the kelly sidebands shift, the fiber dispersion is obtained. Dispersion measurement has done in fibers with normal dispersion as well as in anomalus dispersion.
