Designing and simulation performed with Essential Macleod software before deposition. Deposition was performed using physical vapor deposition with electron gun. Refractive indices and optimized deposition conditions of materials achieved with single layer deposition. 21 layers thin film stack deposited on hypotenuse of prism. Then prisms cemented to each other and transmission spectra of beam splitter measured using a dual-beam spectrophotometer. Finally transmission spectrum showed 92% for 1550 wavelength and 30% for visible wavelength rang.
