Then the three synthesized materials in the structure of the FTO/bl-TiO2/mp-TiO2/ CH3NH3PbI3/Au has been used as a perovskite precursor. The performance of each manufactured cell by UV-vis , XRD and IV have been examined. The analysis indicates that CH3NH3PbI3, which mixed and dried in Glove Box, is shown better efficiency. M3 ER -
