عنوان و چکیدۀ سخنرانان مدعو![]() Professor Suleyman Ozcelick Gazi University, Faculty photonics in Department of Applied Sience TALK: Development of Triple-Junction Solar Cells for Spacecrafts Multi-junction solar cells (MJSCs) are composed of several solar having diffrent band gap energies. The cells are connected in series to each other of spancecraft and for terrestrial application as concentrated photovoltaic systems thanks to their exllent properties such as high-power output and conversion efficiency, high thermal stability, and radiation resistance. Recently, research on group III-V multi junction solar cells to adsorb more of the solar spectrum, which are classified as third-generation solar cells have gained momentum.

Applications arre abundant, including. e.g.,biosensors, optoelectronics, devices for telecom, spectroscopy, decorative texturing, anticounterfeit markings, and catalysis. A recent and exiting direction of investigation concerns the ability of surface plasmon polaritions to generate energetic carriers in metals, and the subsequent harvesting of such carriers to alter fundamnetal processos and open new applications.

Institute for Basic Science, center for Relativistic Laser Sience South Korea TALK: واکاوی پراکنش کامپیون غیرخطی با استفاده از لیزر چهار پتاوات در کره جنوبی امروزه پژوهش روس شتاب دهندههای لیزر پلاسمایی با در دسترس بودن سیستمهای لیزری با توان و شدت بسیار بالا، پیشرفت زیادی داشته است. این شتابدهندهها میتوانند باریکه الکترون را در طول چند سانتیمتر پلاسما به شتاب چندین گیگا الکترون ولت برسانند. یکی از کاربردهای این الکتروهای با انرژی بالا در الکترودینامیک کوانتومی میدان قوی میباشد. که یکی از حوضههای مهم در فیزیک پایه است. پژوهش و بررسی الکترودینامیک میدان قوی را میتوان در این حوزه با چالشهای فراوانی روبرو میباشد اما تولید باریکه الکترون با انرژی چندین گیگا الکترون ولت و در دسترس بودن لیزرهای با توان چندین پتاوات در مرکز علوم لیزر در کره جنوبی مجال چنین پژوهشی از طریق برخورد الکترون و فوتون را میدهد.

TALK: Emerging Two-Dimensional Materials for Optoelectronic Applications Silicon-based op toelectronic devices suffer, from incompatible indirect bandgap, weak tunable optoelectrical properties, as well as low recyclability and environmental friendliness. In this context, two-dimensional materials, such as graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, black phosphorous, etc, have recently. emerged as prime candidates for photonic and optoelectronic applications. To this end, the large-scale prouduction of ۳D mateials whit high purity and tunable properties represents represents a key to advancing fundamental studies and industrial applications. Senior Scientist in AMO GmbH University of Cambridge, IFW Dresden, TU Chemnitz TALK: Rolled-up Microtube Ring Resonators for ۳D Optoelectronic Devices and Biophotonic Applications Following the intensive development of vertically rolled-up microtube ring resonators for both active and passive applications, a variety of microtube-bassed devices have been realized. these include microcavity lasers, optical sensors, directional couplers. and active elements inn lab-on-a-chip devices. To provide more advanced and complex functionality, the fours of tubular geometry research is row shifting toward refined vertical light transfer in ۳D stacks of multiple photonic layers. Based on this motivation, this talk is devoted to the demonstration and the implementation of monolithic integration of VRU-MRRs with photonic waveguides.
