Abstract: (2932 Views)
In this study, using a transfer matrix method for one dimensional linear potential in graphene p-n junction, we investigate the impact of junction length and the value of bias on conductance. In the Klein regime, the effect of junction length on conductivity is very strong. This is despite the fact that, out of Klein tunneling regime this dependence on length, drastically reduced. As the Fermi energy increases, conductivity decreases with increasing the junction length, smoothly.
