Characterizing and fabrication of green polymer light emitting diode using two PFO and F8BT polymers.

Using two polyfluorene ‍‍(PFO) and F8BT polymers organic light emitting diode method is reported‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ in this paper which emits green light in 540nm of wavelength. Device was built using different weight percentage of polymers and current-voltage, electroluminescence and photoluminescence characters of diode was investigated. Results proof that these two polymers can promise to produce efficient organic light emitting diodes
