In this paper, the propagation of a divergent circular Partially Coherent Flat-Topped (PCFT) beam with astigmatism aberration in a turbulent atmosphere is investigated. Based on the extended Huygens-Fresnel integral method, analytical formula for the average intensity is derived. Power is calculated numerically and the effects of some source and environmental factors- such as wavelength, degree of flatness, divergence angle and visibility on communication parameters, Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), Bit-Error Rate (BER) and Power In Bucket (PIB), are studied. The calculated results are shown graphically.
