Starting from a Lagrangian and using functional- integrals techniques, series expansions of Green function of electromagnetic field in the presence of magneto-dielectrics, are obtained. The parameter of expansion in this series is the magnetic and electric susceptibility of the medium. Non-relativistic Langevin type equation is derived. Series expansions for Free energy in finite temperature and for arbitrary matter distribution are derived.
