Characterization of Nonlinear Optical Properties of Polyurethane/Silica Nanocomposites by Z-Scan Method

In this research PUOC/SiO2 nanocomposites containing 1 and 2 wt% Sio2 have been prepared. Nonlinear optical coefficient of samples such as nonlinear refractive index and nonlinear absorption coefficient were obtained by z scan technique. These features were calculated in order to 10-9 (cm2/W) and 10-4(cm/W), respectively.
