In this article the variation in the energy of continuous visible laser on the Raman spectra of calcite rock and cyclohexane (with the chemical formula of C6H12) samples is investigated. The ratio of the Raman signal with respect to fluorescence emission is calculated for different energies. Results show that this ratio in the energy of mJ 80 is optimized for two samples.
