In this paper, at first, we review how a quantum system composed of a cavity field interacting with a movable mirror can be utilized to generate a large variety of nonclassical states of both the cavity field and the mirror. Then we show that new electromechanical systems, as an on-chip optomechanical systems, can be used to generate a Schrodinger's cat stat as a nonclassical states. At the end we review some of applications of Schrodinger's cat stat in quantum information technology.
