In this paper, a periodic dielectric nano-rod structure surrounded by graphene and phosphorene is simulated and the surface plasmons of graphene and phosphorene in nanorods are investigated by finite element method. Excitation of localized surface plasmons can dramatically enhance the interaction between light and phosphorene. by varying the length of the nanorod it was observed that the nanorod at t = 120 nm both peaks of resonance are critically coupled and the absorption value of the whole structure at 9.75 μm wavelength reaches 93% and we reach a high absorption structure. Then, the study of changes in the angle of irradiated light shows that at an angle of α = 50 °, the amount of structural absorption reaches about 100% due to the coupling of graphene and phosphorene.
