Abstract: (1765 Views)
One of the main components in the structure of solar cells is the hole transporting layer that plays an important role in extracting the carriers. These materials are divided into two main categories including organic and inorganic materials. In this work, CuSCN is used as the hole transporting (HTL) layer and the effect of the annealing treatment on crystallinity and surface morphology of this layer was investigated. The perovskite solar cells based on an inorganic CuSCN HTL which were annealed at different temperatures were fabricated and characterized. It is shown that the prepared sample which is annealed at 120°c presents the best surface morphology as well as better photovoltaic characteristics.
