Abstract: (1818 Views)
Among the third generation solar cells, perovskite cells have attracted a lot of attention due to their high efficiency and low cost construction methods. Amongst the factors affecting the performance of these types of solar cells is the morphology of perovskite layer. One of the factors influencing the morphology of perovskite layer and ultimately the performance of the perovskite solar cell is the annealing temperature of the absorbing layer in this type of solar cell. In this paper, the effect of annealing temperature variation of the perovskite layer created by two step method on morphology of perovskite layer and performance of the perovskite solar cell investigated. It has been determined that the created perovskite at annealing temperature of 70 ° C has a morphology with a more uniform surface and the resulting solar cell has a better performance (Eff.=5.99%) than the other annealing temperatures (Eff.=4.46, 5.02 and 1.22% for T=50, 90 and 120 °C).
